It's because the forwards have no momentum when receiving the pass. Take it standing still far too flat then get smashed in the tackle, similar to the number 8 pick up from the scrum a lot of the time. Hopefully this is addressed in the first patch
Even still there are instances were you do break through the gain line and your fwds are slow to react and you turn the ball over that should be a quick recycle once your on the front foot it should be tough to win a turn over in close quarters ...
