1) The 15 completely misses the ball and the attacking team has such an advantage running forward as no wingers or scrum halves drop back to help the 15. DuPont 9 gets there late and is tackles over dead 5m scrum. It’s so easy to get caught like that with the AI, it feels as though there's momentum because they have come at full speed but if the 15 is sitting waiting they should have the advantage like on bombs. half the time on longer kicks you can’t see your player on screen, could we be able to adjust our camera height etc or have the camera pan out so both the player being controlled and the ball are on screen.
2) the wing over runs because of speed difference with the forwards. Faster players could stay like at least 8m deep and accelerate on to the ball when the pass is given. He also runs directly into the back of the forward rather than staying wide in the space, it would be good if they ran to space but maybe just have them stay 5-10m wide at least. Even having the winger run on the 5m for a long pass might be a simple way
3) the slow animation ruins the fluidity, same thing happens with sidesteps and line breaks. Rugby league live 4 had way faster animations they were almost instantaneous, I think somewhere between the two would be perfect with some better covering defence from 9 and the ability to drop wingers on defence and have the fullback always immediately drop when the ball is lost would work much better I think for a more enjoyable game and less difficult for the attack online. The dummy could do with a nerf especially online against a user controlled player IMO.
