I'm enjoying the Be a Pro mode.
I've noticed a couple of minor things though which might be able to help out a little.
(For context, I'm a Fullback, so these might not be applicable everywhere)
Be Able to "call' a side from the ruck / scrum
A few times I've managed to be on the side where there's an overlap, but the scrum half goes the other direction. It would be good if you could "call" to get the ball to a side.
(Potentially LB / RB when the ball is in the scrum / ruck? & together if you're behind / in the pocket)
Ability to keep passes moving along the line instead of a giant miss pass to yourself
It would be good if you were able to "call" to keep the ball moving across the line. sometime you want players to draw-and-give before you getting the ball.
(Could be using the LB / RB?)
To make this realistic... the players wouldn't have to do as you say, they can maybe 50% of the time take it up themselves / pass somewhere else to make sure it doesnt end up to much like the normal mode of play
Training Sessions outside of games to improver certain aspects?
It might be useful to be able to access some of the training modes from the main Be a Pro menu in order to improve things you may not be able to do during a game (goal kicking, touch kicking, speed, agility, etc)
Could probably limit to 5 every 24 hours or something to prevent people going over the top
Control position of other players
As a fullback (at least), you tend to talk to your wingers & defence a lot, whether to spread out, drop back, move players left & right, etc
Don't fall for dummy pass all the time
This has caught me once or twice, but once the AI throws a dummy, all controls seem to be taken away from the player I'm controlling in order to " fall" for it... When in reality, the player with the ball is on their own and I'm not falling for it as controlling the player
Player getting up animations need to be a little quicker
When in an actual game, if I miss a tackle, I'm up as quick as I can to get back in position again. At the moment, the "getting up" animation is a little too slow and can be frustrating
Your sides AI calls moves
Sometimes from Scrums / rucks your sides AI can call a move and target.
Your running line would be displayed, and you just have to follow it and get the timing right
It might also be good to be able to override who the AI has chosen to pass to if you see a gap in front of you
Specific goals based on position
As suggested by @cameronhumphries , it seems some the goals for each of the player positions is a little off. Example as a Hooker having a kicking metric instead of lineout throws.
It would be good if the goals were slightly more tailored (I'm sure the community would be able to help figure out what would be best for what position)
Both Team's AI
As it is, it does work and you can enjoy the games, but they do need a bit of tweaking...
It does sometimes seem the scrum half has a personal vendetta against you and consistently goes the opposite direction
(Maybe this could also be partly-resolved by using the "call"/ "keep ball moving across the line" mechanics I mentioned above)
