My friends and I are big fans of Football and fully understand the logistical and financial restraints in making a video game replication of such a nuanced sport. Although, this game is not a credit to your company, nor AFL as a league and certainly does not match the set $100 price tag. We are constantly met with somewhat trivial bugs within the game such as the misspelling of "valuable" within the career end of season screen. Regularly players have ended up having half their lower limbs in the ground, balls have been buried into the ground causing players to run around aimlessly and in online multiplayer, players have been caught holding the ball by players 10-15m behind them, seemingly teleporting. Gameplay wise, it feels impossible to hit a target, sub-six foot players are entering the ruck, the wind within a set shot is like throwing a frisbee in a tornado and when a player is tackled whilst kicking, it will always be called throwing the ball, even when the ball has struck their foot and heading towards the target. We understand the low budget but feel like more money was spent into creating a razor-ray likeness then actually creating a game that is playable, let alone worth $100.
