So a few things that have put me off playing this game recently. For example, when players contracts run out, which I wouldn't have a problem with if it weren't for the wages the players demand without wanting to negotiate (wont accept anything lower). I was coaching Carlton, and got into the top 8 on my first year with all simulations, no playing. When the seasons ended, I have plenty of contracts to get signed, which wouldn't be a problem if some players who got a decent amount of playing time, like Sam Walsh for example, now want $800,000 despite getting paid no where near that beforehand. Now signing him alone would take up like 20-30% of the money I have to pay wages, but on top of that I still have another 15+ players to sign! This usually means sometimes 5,6,7 players who I did not want out of contract, are suddenly gone. Clearly this doesn't happen in real life, and I want to know what the deal is with this. Another issue I have, and this one I'm actually reluctant to share with you, because frankly I love abusing it. I can get the top 5 draft picks every year if I want even if I finish first, by simply trading free agents for draft picks. Other than the fact you shouldn't be able to trade newly signed players, the other clubs shouldn't accept, because otherwise why wouldn't have they just signed the player themselves right? The last issue I have is that I feel I should be able to trade draft picks and some players for an elite level player. For example let's say pick 5 and (any player here, but for arguement sake, let's say Darcy Lang) for someone like Ollie Wines or Tom Papley but they'll always get offended even if it's way better deal the Listed above. I also feel you should be able to trade future draft picks since this is done in real life. Anyway would appreciate a comment on this, thank you for your time
